Modern Airline Retailing - the Tangibles
Since the launch of the Modern Airline Retailing initiative, we have shared updates on the program and the industry vision it encapsulates - an end-state of 100% Offers and Orders, providing an environment that is not-dependent on existing legacy artifacts and processes.
In our last edition (March-April) of the newsletter, we introduced the first output of the Consortium's work - A Business Case V.1.0 - developed with the objective of equipping value chain players with the real-world findings, data, and information, providing the rationale for undertaking this transformation and what to expect in terms of costs, revenues, and overall value creation.
Today, we are pleased to take the topic one step further with our recent webinar session The Consortium and Business Case. This webinar focuses on Air France – KLM’s NDC deployment and key milestones on the journey to airline retailing. It provides a balance of vision and real-world tangibles by one of the leading global airline groups and Consortium members.
