This is one of the most interesting training courses offered by IATA, my third course taken to qualify for IATA International Air Law Diploma. It covers all aspects of the topic and offers useful practical tips to avoid risks in aircraft acquisition and financing transactions. The students of the course will undoubtedly benefit from the experience of the instructor’s extensive experience in aircraft financing and have a unique possibility to learn about the experience of your peers and colleagues. I am from Kyrgyzstan, and it would be true to say that IATA courses are the only source for legal professionals of my country to expand and improve our knowledge of aviation law.
